Lonely Planet review for Kantipur

Happily for vegetarians, this Nepalese restaurant has a broad range of acceptable edibles, and the portions of curries and tandoori dishes are large. Kantipur is in the basement of its building, whose entrance is marked by the small, brightly coloured signs on the street.

    Best Meal Ever

    heppatitis recommends this,

    I've had a lot of Indian, Thai and Nepalese food before, but this was the greatest meal of my life. I had the green curry chicken and it tantalized my taste buds unlike anything I've ever experienced.
    The place was tough to find because its in the basement and the street-level sign is in Japanese, but we asked some dudes in the street and they pointed us down the proper stairway.
    Do whatever you have to do to get to this place.
