Sasa-no-Yuki opened its doors in the Edo period, and continues to serve tofu in elegant arrangements and traditional surroundings; the best seats overlook a tiny garden with a koi pond. Set meals allow you to sample a broad range of tofu delicacies, like hiryuzu (tofu dumpling with vegetables), gomadofu (sesame tofu), and even aisukuriimu (ice cream). Vegetarians take note: many dishes include chicken and fish stock, if not the actual meat itself.
