Although Asian fusion is all the rage outside Japan, it's still catching on in Tokyo. Of course, it's hard not to fall in love with this culinary mish-mash, especially once you've realised the benefits of eating rich Thai curries alongside innovative sushi rolls and savoury Chinese dumplings. Although the food at Daidaiya is always creative and daring, it pales in comparison to the restaurant's eye-arresting ultramodern interior.

    Our visit in 2007

    The dinner at Daidaya was the experience for all sences!
    Took my friend there for surprise birthday dinner.
    The bes thing there is the awesome design which can be really described
    as an architectural masterpiece.
    The food was also very good and very attentive stuff just added to this sence festival.
    The drawbacks are the high price and small amounts, but if you plan something special thats the place to go.
    Would like to recommend one of the courses, they are better deal.
