Lonely Planet review
This is a friendly place to bunk with rooms that are small but cheery. Though it’s located in Shinjuku-nichōme, Tokyo’s gay district, much of its clientele seem to be out-of-town Japanese for whom ‘nichōme’ has little meaning. A basic continental breakfast is laid out free of charge.
Our independent authors have visited City Hotel Lonestar and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Shinjuku & West Tokyo.
