Take the stairs up to the 4th floor of this old corner building near Tōkyū Hands and you’ll find a very chilled space of burnished wood and old leather recliners. Coffee and soy-milk lattes cost ¥450, while simple but tasty pizzas and pastas are around ¥1000.
