Chotto-Ippai
Otherwise known as Ken's bar, for the American owner who holds court in both English and prodigious Nagasaki dialect, this cheerful bar has big windows onto the narrow lane behind the main street, and a great selection of shochu (Japanese distilled spirit). Look for the US flag and the sign reading 'Kendall' in English.
