Ichiran has been serving noodles for 39 years. Unusually, customers eat at individual cubicles, and fill out forms requesting precisely how they want their noodles prepared. Flavour strength, fat content, noodle tenderness, quantity of special sauce and garlic content can all be regulated. An English language request form is also available.

    Eating in the cubicle....literally

    I just step in the place and i tought i was gettin in from the back entrance, i step out the waiter brang me in back and show me my seat....actually is quite weird you have a bar stand a little bfast table and a small aperture where you got the "menu" thas is just a list of how you whant the ramen (more spicy less spcy and so on).
    The food i ok, and preice also....but go there for the curiosity of eating in the cubicle reather then the food itself.
