Getting there & around
The private Nishitetsu line connects Tenjin in Fukuoka with Dazaifu (¥390, 25 minutes), but a change of trains at Nishitetsu-Futsukaichi station is required.
Bicycles can be rented (per three hours/day ¥300/500) at Nishitetsu Dazaifu station.
