A good spot to sample okonomiyaki (literally ‘cook what you like’; often called Japanese pancake), one of Osaka’s most popular dishes. Chibō’s modan yaki (a kind of okonomiyaki ) is a good bet at ¥950.

    Excellent okonomiyaki!

    scottlerch recommends this,

    Not that I'd really know since it was my first, but it was delicious. Plus the place was really easy to find (big English sign right on Dotombori street) and it had an English menu.
