This excellent tempura specialist serves a tasty ebishio-tendon (shrimp tempura over rice; ¥880) for lunch and an osusume-gozen (tempura full set; ¥2079) for dinner. Take the escalator to the Hilton Plaza’s B2 floor, go right and look for the small English sign.
