Venice Homes and Holidays provides bright apartments set in a variety of different locations across Venice's historic centre.
They come with an instruction booklet, a Venice map and tourist information. Bed and bath linen are provided.
Staff at Venice Holidays are multilingual. They can provide additional services including extra cleaning, or booking guided tours.
Please let the property know your expected arrival time at least 2 days in advance to arrange check-in. Check-in is not guaranteed if not arranged in advance.
Check-in from 20:00 until 23:00 costs extra EUR 30. Check-in after 23:00 costs extra EUR 50.
A staff member will meet you at the arranged pick-up point or the nearest Vaporetto (waterbus) station, accompany you to your apartment, and go through check-in with you.
Please note that a deposit of EUR 300 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
If you plan to travel with pets please contact the property in advance to check if the chosen accommodation is suitable.
The property reserves the right to refuse entrance to any additional guests exceeding the number of guests written on the reservation.
