Lonely Planet review
Whether you’re coming from cutting-edge art at the Biennale or baroque masterpieces at the Palazzo Ducale, this tranquil all-white retreat with a lily pond in the garden is a welcome reprieve from the visual onslaught of Venice. Minimalist decor emphasises spare shapes and clean lines, with steel-edged modern furniture and whitewashed walls. The three rooms have all the mod cons: TVs, wi-fi, minibars, air-con and heating. Book well ahead.
Our independent authors have visited Palazzo Soderini and selected this as one of our recommended accommodation in Sestiere di Castello.
