Chandeliers and exposed-brick walls dating from the 12th century make this the most romantic butcher’s-turned-bar you’ve ever been to for dinner. The Ferrari-red meat slicer behind the bar isn’t as fast as it looks, so bide your time waiting for your tagliere (platter) of cured meats, cheeses and grilled vegetables with a glass of wine among new friends at communal tables.
