Lonely Planet review for Lavena

Founded in 1750 and less renowned than its big brothers Florian and Quadri, Lavena is in the same vein. Wagner was among its more visible customers, but historically gondoliers and codegas (stout fellows who lighted the way home for people returning along the streets at night) also hung out here.
