There's nowhere better for a coffee on the way to or from Murano and the northern lagoon islands. Late in the day, you may be tempted to skip the caffeine hit and switch to a generous goblet of a spritz, a fine sunset option on the fondamenta. The only problem is that, since it expanded its rather pretentious and expensive restaurant, the outside tables are set up for diners too early for comfort.
