When you enter into your third century of business, something must be right. Known for delectable chocolate cakes, candied fruit, espresso and pastries. Staff wrap all take-home purchases (picked up at the counter but paid for at the till), no matter how small, in beautiful red paper with a ribbon bow.

    Old-school cake shop

    This is a gorgeous place to sit and have a hot chocolate on the main square of Perugia. They have beautiful, delicious cakes including a special Epiphany cake on Jan 6, it has a witch on it who is La Befana who reputedly brings candy to good children at Epiphany. Their packaging is exquisite.
