Hi :-). I'm thinking about camping in Italy. How are the rules there? Can you camp wherever you like as long as not in anyones garden? Or are camping prohibited outside camp sites? What does camping on camp sites cost? And are there maybe different rules for camping in different areas? Does anyone here know?
Next week my partner, pooch & I will be leaving the Bled area, Slovenia and heading to Italy through to south France.
Does anyone have any route recommendations?
We have visited the Trieste area so don't need to go back that way, but would ideally like to head towards the coast but not sure which route to take.
Any suggestions would be ace!
My husband and I are going to visit Tuscany for the first time very soon, in the beginning of September. We will come from Holland by our own car and have almost 2,5 weeks to travel in Tuscany. We are very excited!
In general, as we come from a busy and touristic area ourselves ( Amsterdam) on a holiday we have a special interest for peaceful places. That’s why we are not going to stay in any bigger city but in small places in the surroundings, also in the countryside.
For those of you considering the Amalfi Coast, I thought it was a beautiful place to spend a few days.
Here are some images from July I hope might convince you if you're on the fence, or just want to relive your own memories of the area
cheers and hope it adds
Im spending a week in Florence, and on a Sunday i have a 12:00 noon flight from Milano Malpensa. Trains start on Sundays late from Florence and i need a cheap option early. Any help will be very useful at this stage.

Any one know if there are any priest would willing to perform a blessing ( symbolic wedding ) of me and my partner, which one f us is non catholic .

I will need to get myself from Verona to Rome on a Wednesday. What is the best way to do this? I will have been at a conference in the Verona/Venice area, and since I've never been in Italy, I am also giving myself one day (Thursday) in Rome. I am not a budget traveler, so I'm willing to look at expensive options if they're worth it.
Thank you in advance for your help.
