Convivial, no-fuss Isidoro has all the right ingredients: obliging waiters, lip-licking locals, and bountiful serves of soul food - golden roast chicken with soothing Gorgonzola and a delicate penne alle noci (pasta with walnut sauce).

    Excellent place to eat! I had the pasta with walnut sauce and the lamb skewers; both were great! Our entire group loved their meals. Be sure to tell the waiter if you don't want bread before your meal - you'll be charged for it. Hostaria Isidoro is down the street from the Colosseum, so eat a meal here while you're sight-seeing; you won't regret it!
