Everyone from Josè Saramango to Lou Reed have eaten at snazzy Red, in Renzo Piano’s Auditorium Parco della Musica. It’s a glamorous, loungey place with a sexy red interior. The food is duly creative yet thoroughly Roman, with dishes such as risotto d’astice fave conpecorino di fossa (rice with broad beans and sheep’s milk cheese). There’s also aperitivo (€10).
