Litterally 'Sicily in your mouth'. Everything here suggests the sun of this land: the dressing of tables, ceramics on the walls, ditribution of lighting.
...and food. Simply outstanding cuisine.
On our recent visit we had hot octopus with lemon as entrée. Then fish cous cous, sword-fish roulades, orange salad, a bottle of Nero d'Avola, one of our favourite wine. For dessert we had a delicious slice of cassata. I found myself licking anything that came near it! I wanted to pick up the plate and lick it clean !
The only negative aspect is that service is awful! Expect to ask for things like your bill, etc. and don't expect them to honor any special request. The upside is that this saves you from having to leave a tip !
