Lonely Planet review
Reasonable value and a central location are what you get at the Smeraldo. Just down the road from Campo de’ Fiori, its rooms are simple and plain, in varying hues of beige, with tiled floors and small bathrooms. Up on the 5th floor, the rooftop garden is an added bonus. There’s wi-fi in reception, and wheelchair access.
Our independent authors have visited Hotel Smeraldo and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Rome.
