Lonely Planet review
Old-fashioned and friendly, the 3rd-floor (there’s an elderly cage lift) Ercoli is a straight-up pensione, renovated a couple of years back. It’s popular with foreign students. The 14 rooms are functional rather than memorable, but they’re all sparkling clean with tiled floors, breakfast is included and the air-con works.
