You have to ring the bell to gain entry to this superbly pretentious little restaurant and you better come looking the part. Slow jazz, crystal wine glasses, suited and booted waiting staff and a menu as florid as a romantic poem are all par for the course, but you can't argue with the tuna stuffed with capers and marinated in zibbibo wine.
