Otranto can be reached from Lecce by FSE train (€2.60, one hour), or by bus (€4, 50 minutes).

Marozzi (0836 80 15 78) also serves Lecce (€4.50, one hour, two daily), departing from the port, and on to Rome (€43, 10½ hours).
