America’s great modernist designer George Nelson called this shop ‘one of the most beautiful in the world’ and who are we to disagree? Maddalena De Padova’s excellent eye has held sway here since 1965, and with six floors of great design to behold, it’s a grand alternative to taking in all the showrooms if you’re short of time or patience.
