Go to this contemporary, stylish Venetian bacaro (bar) on Milan’s urban island when you need a little Lombard-free time. Pull up a school chair at a lovingly scuffed table for imaginative seafood cicheti (Venetian-style tapas) : baccalà fritters, sardines in saôr (sweet-and-sour onion jam) and braised baby octopus. Smart but hearty mains take their cues from both Venice and further afield, while the gelati and cakes are house-made.

    Wonderful place!!!

    The only place where I come every time I'm in Milan! The food is really good: the cuisine is venecian style with some other italian fusion. The atmosphere is friendly and convivial but the restaurant is very stylish!! The service is really elegant and the wine list is wide. You can meet many different people, italian or not!!!

    La cucina è un mix tra l'originalità di piatti tipicamente regionali italiani e la ricerca di nuovi sapori: oltre alla cucina veneta, vengono proposti piatti regionali italiani con piccole contaminazioni etniche e contemporanee, per ottenere preparazioni di effetto con un tocco di originalità.
