Roppongi alt-chic abounds in architect Anna Giorgi’s design, and the aesthetic is reflected in the food and the diners. The extensive menu of soba, ramen, tempura and raw sets is joined by creative takes on the roll - Red Dragon combines spicy raw prawns and salmon eggs, while Green Eel adds rocket and avocado to crisp grilled eel.
