Conveniently close to David and the Galleria dell'Accademia, this part enoteca part fiaschetteria (small tavern serving wine and snacks) is an unapologetically old-fashioned place from 1927. It serves Tuscan specialities such as maccheroni with sausage and insalata di farro (farro salad), and has a great marble-topped bar propped up by noontime tipplers.
