Chef Beatrice Segoni whips up a wonderful combination of contemporary and traditional dishes, with a special penchant for seafood. Try the citrus-marinated mackerel, pasta stuffed with scallops, celeriac and chicory, or fritters with feta mousse. Reservations recommended.
