A forno (baker's oven) and cantinetta (small cellar) make a heavenly match. Sit down at a marble-topped table, admire prized vintages displayed behind glass wall cabinets and sip a glass of wine (€4 to €10) produced on the Verrazzano estate in Chianti. The focaccia topped with caramelised radicchio is a must – as is a mixed cold-meat platter (ignore the bristly boar legs strung in the open kitchen).
