    Definitely suggest private airport VIP service and transfer!

    Airport VIP (fast-tracked from plane, through customs lines) is the best way to travel in Israel! I also recommend paying beforehand and scheduling private airport transfer if you don't speak the native language and don't want to waste time. I prefer to use TLV VIP http://www.tlv-vip.com since they've always provided me with the best service and value... but there's tons of companies that offer similar services and for the most part have standard market prices.
