Buses run to Haifa (No 361, 34NIS, two hours) every hour until 9pm (5.45pm on Friday), hourly to Tiberias (20NIS, one hour) until 7pm (4pm on Friday), and twice daily to Tel Aviv (846, 51NIS) but only in the morning.
