The island has a pub, a restaurant and a handful of accommodation options; it is essential to book your accommodation in advance. You can camp for free in the field beside McCuaig's Bar, just east of the harbour; ask at the bar first. McCuaig's has a cafe and chip shop, and there's a tiny grocery shop a few paces to the west of the ferry berth (turn left as you come off the pier).
