The French fusion menu includes lots of Irish ingredients - try plump Strangford Lough mussels á la Basquaise (in a thick broth of roasted red pepper, garlic, wine and cream) - and a handful of good vegetarian dishes, and there's an 'early bird' three-course dinner.
