Lonely Planet review
Chunky hardwood, bare brick, candlelight and quirky design create the atmosphere of a stylishly restored farmhouse, and the menu completes the feeling of cosiness and comfort with simple but sensational dishes such as seared scallops on endive tarte tatin and a burger of meltingly tender beef shin wrapped in caramelised onion and horseradish cream. Superb service, too.
