Bordering Smithfield Sq, this great old spit-on-the-floor bar is Pixies’ Frank Black’s favourite hangout when he’s in town. A great bunch of rising stars and tried-and-tested old hands of the trad scene play sessions here nightly till everyone’s turfed out the door.
