The J.F. Kennedy Homestead and replica of the famine ship ' The Dunbrody' in New Ross are within easy driving distance.Hook Head Lighthouse and Heritage Centre is 20 min away. There are many quiet beaches within easy reach in Bannow Bay, The Hook Peninsula and Waterford Estuary - Blackhall Strand, Cullenstown, Grange, Baginbun, Carnivan, Sandeel Bay, Dollar Bay, Booley Bay, Duncannon Strand.There are many other smaller beaches which are deserted even at the height of summer.
