Lonely Planet review
The floodlit 18th-century building overlooking the waterfront is the Granville, one of Ireland's oldest hotels. Brocaded bedrooms maintain a touch of Georgian elegance, as do the public areas with their showstopping stained glass, historic prints and antiques. Star turns at breakfast are the organic porridge with Baileys and a perfect eggs Benedict.
Our independent authors have visited Granville Hotel and selected this as one of our recommended hotels in Waterford City.
