Originally known as “The Manse”, this lovingly restored Nineteenth Century Townhouse is a building steeped in history that dates back to 1870 located in the heart of Roscommon Town. At Gleeson's we have en-suite Standard bedrooms and a selection of compact en-suite rooms situated on the second floor of our Townhouse. Enjoy the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere of our fully licensed Manse Restaurant, the casual surrounds of our charming Cafe, or a tasty treat in our Tea Rooms, just down the street!
We are located right in the middle of the main street on the square. Roscommon is the perfect base to experience a wealth of outdoor activities due to its pristine rivers, lakes, hillsides and a profusion of historical attractions. It's renowned for its many interesting walking routes and cycling trails ranging in difficulty, depending on your requirements.
