Emmet House is a small boutique B&B located in Emmet Square, Birr, County Offaly. It offers rooms with flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and home-cooked food. Birr Leisure Centre is a 5-minute walk away.
The rooms at Emmet House feature seating areas and work desks. They also include hairdryers, ironing facilities and tea/coffee-makers. Some rooms have a 4-poster bed.
