Getting there & away
Bus Éireann (64933) runs two buses daily linking Thomastown to Bennettsbridge (€4, 10 minutes) and Kilkenny (€6, 20 minutes). There are also numerous services to Dublin and Waterford. Buses stop outside O’Keeffe’s supermarket on Main St in Thomastown.
The train station is 1km west of town past Kavanagh’s supermarket. Five trains daily stop on the Dublin–Waterford route via Kilkenny.
