One of several on this strip close to town, Ashville is spotless. The owners take deep pride in their place and the 18 rooms are comfortable and well equipped. It’s very quiet.

Ashville House is a spacious, family-run guest house just 2 minutes walk from Killarney town centre. Our modern guest rooms feature every comfort and convenience and a delicious breakfast is included in the rates.

Enjoying peaceful surroundings yet close to all the best restaurants, traditional Irish pubs and shops, Ashville House is within walking distance of Killarney National Park and Ross Castle. Many of Killarney's most popular attractions, including Muckross House and Gardens, Killarney Lakes, Ladies View, the Gap of Dunloe, McGillycuddy's Reeks and Torc Waterfall, can be found within half an hour's drive from us.

Our helpful reception staff will be more than happy to assist you with anything you need, from booking a tee time at one of Killarney's many golf courses to booking a tour of the Ring of Kerry.

Ashville House is located on the main Tralee Road (N22). Private parking is available for all guests.
