Lonely Planet review
This cheery spot directly across from the train station is so close you may just wander over barefoot. On balmy days (by Galway standards) you can take your breakfast cereal out onto the balcony. The in-house bar has cheap booze, and reception is open 24/7.
Our independent authors have visited Galway City Hostel and selected this as one of our recommended hostels in Galway City.
