Akbar Mashti Bastani

The “special” saffron-pistachio ice cream served here is highly recommended on a hot day in polluted Tehran. It tastes great and is made of natural ingredients. If you still have room after the ice cream, you should try the “Havij-Bastani” which is simply a glass of fresh carrot juice with a scoop of saffron ice-cream in it. It may sound strange to those who have not tried it but they are certainly in for a surprisingly nice experiment!

It was holiday and we come back mountain climbing, its great when you come down and so tired to taste an ice cream, that its near north of Tehran, and when you are climbing in summer, the best gift you can get is that pleasant taste Ice cream.
