Getting around

Taxis from Tumendung airport are 35,000Rp. Alternatively, walk 100m down to Jl Gatot Subroto, turn left and catch a reddish-brown B taxi – all the way to the waterfront (3000Rp).

City minibuses, called taxis, run along several overlapping routes, designated A, B and C. Route C goes past Hotel Mesra and the university area. Most short runs cost 2500Rp.
