Mulia (Inna Garuda Hotel, Jl Malioboro 60) Along with Pt Barumun Abadi, this has the best exchange rates in Yogya.
Pt Barumun Abadi (Inna Garuda Hotel, Jl Malioboro 60) Offers excellent exchange rates, often better than the banks.
