Excellent two-storey air-con restaurant at the northern end of Jl Jaksa, renowned for its superb sate, rawon buntut (oxtail stew) and other classic Indonesian dishes.

    soft texture for chicken, yummy sauce!

    I went to one of the Sate Senayan outlet in Jakarta, the place is very cozy. My favourite menu is the original one, Chicken Satay. I guess the taste is more delicious than the other satay in Indonesia. it has soft texture for the chicken, and sauce is very yummy, beside chicken satay, there are other recommended satay you can taste, they also provide cool beverage, my favourite one is Es Podeng (home-made ice cream with avocado, milk, and nuts). bon apetit!
