I plan to follow this 3 week itinerary in India. We threw in pretty much all we wanted to do and see. Do you think this is doable for a 30 year old couple or are we exaggerating?

My friends and I are going to a wedding in Goa in October and then planning to spend Diwali in Mumbai. We have 6 days in between the two and were looking for ideas of what to do in between.

On 24/12 we arrive in T3 Delhi airport with Gulf scheduled at 04:40, then we want to fly to Bhubaneswar. Available times are at 07:00 and 11:00 both with Air India in the same terminal (T3). I'll try and get a regular visa to avoid queues at e-visa. Do you think I'll be able to catch up the morning flight. 4 hours later is too much time to loose in an airport rather than…
I'm about to head off for a 6 month solo trip through India and was looking for a little nudge in the right direction. I am most certainly on some sort of spiritual quest so will be looking to spend a bit of time in Ashrams, studying Yoga and Meditation but also just relaxing amongst some incredible scenery. I fly into Chennai in mid Sept but am unsure as to whether I do a week around Pondi and then head to Kerala, or if I head North to Bodh Gaya and then on to Rishikesh.
Dear hikers, i'm planing to walk all the way from Darjiling (west bengal) to Yoksum (Sikkim) through Singalila trek.
i know i need a permit for singalila, but couldn't understand the sikkim permit issue.
if i have the sikkim permit ready with me, is it OK to just cross while hiking and enter Sikkim? no checkpoint for stamping it or something else?
