    Perverted shopkeeper

    girlondon does not recommend this,

    I went to The Trekking Shop less than 24 hours ago and a seemingly helpful and friendly local shopkeeper was serving me various items for the colder weather. I was friendly back and going about being a customer as any other person - male or female - would. He then proceeded to tell me that I was nice which at first i just thought meant 'nice person', until he went to shake my hand at the end of the transaction and then pulled me towards him and went to kiss me / asked me for a kiss. He also touched my hips with both hands. I sternly said no thankyou and walked out. I feel quite violated and feel i should have been more assertive in telling him that his behaviour was totally unacceptable. At the time though i just wanted to get out. I suggest females don't go to The Trekking Shop on their own or if you do, don't smile or be pleasant whatsoever, for fear of being seen as 'that way inclined'!
