A grand yet friendly heritage hotel full of colonial ambience. Most of the elegantly furnished rooms have separate sitting areas, open fireplaces and marble bathrooms with old clawfoot baths; the cosy ‘attic room’ is especially charming. The restaurant is pukka (proper) and the lovely gardens are the perfect place to relax and enjoy high tea.
